The pamflet has a paper slip with a link to the firmware below, the site was down when I tried.
In the box: Phone cable, Network cable, Power supply, Modem, CD, Pamflet.
Notes: Setup was easy, tons of options in there. Firewall with content filter schedule(off), UPnP(off), phonebook, auto email logs on schedule, messages waiting tone(works on exetel), forward certain callers, etc. Ports flow through automatically so you don't have to forward anything.
Don't know how to customise dial tone or ring tone.
